Healthy Dinner Bowl

Made this chicken bowl last night for my hubby and since its dinner its only a small portion. The pepper, garlic and herb seasoned chicken was baked for 40min at 220, topped with roasted sesame seeds and parsley. The tricolor quinoa was mixed a spoon of tomato sauce and pepper to taste. And then mixed with oven grilled veggies (red bell pepper, broccoli and zucchini. 😊
