Filipino Fried Banana Rolls

This delicious dessert is famously called “turon” back home in the Philippines. Its a sort of “merienda” which means like an afternoon snack and now Ive seen a lot of ways it can be presented as and one of my favorites as a dessert with ice cream on the side!

Thinly sliced banana and a slice of jackfruit dusted with brown sugar wrapped on a spring roll wrapper and deep fried for 3-4 minutes.
