Today is a Friday, and here in the middle east, our Friday and Saturday are weekend days. So meaning I have more time to prepare our breakfast!
We started the day with a yoga class at our local gym, Fitness First, which by the way we joined last month! 🙌🏼 haha..
So getting into business:
The Breakfast Platter:
1. Shaksuka – Scrambled eggs (5) with 3 spoons of tomato sauce. Its topped by feta cheese and ground pepper, garnished with parsley leaves.
2. Grilled Halloumi
3. Sautéed Mushrooms
4. Avocado slices drizzled with honey and soy sauce mix, sprinkled with roasted sesame seeds
5. Sautéed spinach and fresh chopped cherry tomatoes
Banana Yogurt Special:
Greek yogurt topped with banana slices on one side sprinkled with cinnamon powder; and muesli on the other half drizzled with honey.
and last but not the least, Buttered Brown Toasts.
