Brekky Platter for Two

Today is a Friday, and here in the middle east, our Friday and Saturday are weekend days. So meaning I have more time to prepare our breakfast!

We started the day with a yoga class at our local gym, Fitness First, which by the way we joined last month! πŸ™ŒπŸΌ haha..

So getting into business:

The Breakfast Platter:

1. Shaksuka – Scrambled eggs (5) with 3 spoons of tomato sauce. Its topped by feta cheese and ground pepper, garnished with parsley leaves.

2. Grilled Halloumi

3. SautΓ©ed Mushrooms

4. Avocado slices drizzled with honey and soy sauce mix, sprinkled with roasted sesame seeds

5. SautΓ©ed spinach and fresh chopped cherry tomatoes

Banana Yogurt Special:

Greek yogurt topped with banana slices on one side sprinkled with cinnamon powder; and muesli on the other half drizzled with honey.

and last but not the least, Buttered Brown Toasts.
